SkyttelPASS steps up its Danish ambitions

Morten Nielsen brings many years of experience in mobility, transport and commercial development. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with customers, partners and business development, bringing valuable experience that will help strengthen SkyttelPASS’ position in the Danish market.

Morten Nielsen will drive the company’s Danish growth strategy and further strengthen its relationships with customers and partners across the market.

SkyttelPASS helps businesses and motorists make easy and efficient road toll payments across 19 countries in the Nordic region and Europe through EETS solutions and mobility services. Together with its parent company, Skyttel it has more than 70 years of experience in intelligent road tolling technology in Norway.

SkyttelPASS already has a strong foothold in Denmark, and with more than 350,000 EETS-approved devices (including the TBOX product) in circulation across the Nordic region, it has high ambitions for the Danish market.

SkyttelPASS already provides solutions that enable customers to pay existing road tolls in Denmark and is closely following developments regarding the introduction of new Danish road tolls. When Denmark extends the new road tolling scheme to vehicles weighing between 3.5 and 12 tonnes from 1 January 2027, SkyttelPASS will also be able to offer a solution for this market segment. This will enable businesses to manage their road toll payments through a single solution across all 19 countries.
